Everything was clean and simple, with a modern feel, and the room had what I needed to settle in right away. Even with the balcony facing the street, the soundproof windows kept things pretty quiet. The location also makes it easy to get around, and I’ll definitely come back.
The facilities at Three are good for the price, but our stay had a pretty bad moment. We’d paid for checkout at noon, yet when we returned at 11:15, the door code had already been changed and we were locked out. Management was slow to respond. Luckily, a really nice cleaning employee let us back in. We asked to leave at 1pm to make up for the time we lost, but management refused and sent: “I'm afraid that won't be possible. Please vacate the room by 12 noon.” When someone makes a mistake that leaves paying guests unable to enter their room, an apology would have been the least they could do. At noon on the dot, a management member came and knocked, asking us to leave immediately. After we pressed her, she gave us another 10 minutes. The hotel later refunded one of the two late checkout hours. We would have appreciated an apology at the time, but the refund is appreciated.
We stayed for five nights in October 2024, two adults with our kids aged 10 and 8, visiting from the UK. The apartment was clean and had everything our family needed: a washing machine, fridge, small cooking area, TV, AC and a separate bedroom. It was easy to get to from the airport, and the station was only a five-minute walk down a lovely little shopping street lined with lots of restaurants. After busy sightseeing days, we liked coming back to a quiet neighborhood, while still being able to reach central Tokyo easily. Familymart is literally next door. We loved it here, had no downsides, and would happily book again.
The TV was the one small letdown. It isn't a smart TV, so Netflix and YouTube weren't available. Everything else made for a great stay: the apartment was spacious, clean and well located, with a large fridge, a washing machine and detergent, plus several AC units. I'd rent it again on my next trip to Japan.
We were in Tokio with family, and this was one of the best places we stayed during our long holiday in Japan. The apartment was really nice and comfortable, the location was good, and the service was great. It looks exactly like the pictures too. Looking forward to the next holiday there! 👍
