We had a one-bedroom apartment for four adults, and the sofa bed turned out to be fine for two men, despite our worry that it’d be too small. The kitchen was fully equipped. There’s no cleaning service, but you can take out rubbish or pick up fresh towels on B1. A good apartment hotel for families.

We came back for a second stay and spent nine nights here for our summer vacation with our two teenagers. Having a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and washing machine made it feel like a real home, with room to move around. You might find a cheaper chain hotel, but those rooms can be tiny and cramped, so this setup was a big plus for us. The building seems to have been apartments before. It’s east of Ginza, about an eight-minute walk from the closest subway station. The area isn’t packed with tourists or noisy crowds, while the subway still makes it easy to get around. Great hotel, highly recommend.

The staff were so friendly and helpful when one of my suitcases failed to arrive with the other two. It was Sagawa’s fault, but Joy and Ederlyn took charge of following up with Sagawa and kept me updated regularly. I can’t thank them enough for their help. A fabulous little hotel with great amenities and a good location too.

Our room was a good size, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was one of the best we had on this trip. There were handy in-room washing and drying options too. The TV wasn’t working, but they replaced it. They also let us leave our bags early because our train arrived ahead of time. It’s a bit farther from Tokyo Station than places we’ve stayed before, though the price reflects that. The entrance gets brutally hot, often while you’re waiting, so I’d suggest turning on the air conditioning there. Good for a family if you don’t mind the short walk to the main station. Otherwise, a taxi is about 700-1,000 ¥.
