The Japanese-style room with its own black onsen is nice for an overnight stay with a small family, and the izakaya across the street is fantastic. It's a good place to relax. It cost less three or four years ago, but prices went up a lot after it was featured on a TV program.

You need to take your shoes off at reception. The rooms are a bit small, so a family room may be a good idea. It's an interesting hotel with a brilliant Japanese spa that combines a few hot springs.
