HOTEL APiO - Adults Only

I was grateful for the courteous service from the elegant woman at reception, who may have been the owner. She kindly accommodated me as a single male guest, with a comfortable room and spacious bathroom at a reasonable price. I give the place five stars, and learned that hotels in Uguisudani can be wonderful. I hadn't planned to stay here. I needed to accompany a family member to the hospital unexpectedly and was searching for a nearby business hotel, but they were all booked. I wondered whether a couples' hotel in Uguisudani might have a room available that same day, so I asked directly. They had one. Thank you very much.

I stay here once or twice every month, and it's my first choice in Uguisudani. The hotel is very nice and close to the station, and the receptionist is always friendly and helpful. Another plus is that every room has a safe and a secure toilet.

The overnight stay comes with complimentary bread, but when I took three pieces of the cheap bread, I was scolded right away. It was only about 100 yen, but I don't want to use that service again. Other hotels have much better breakfasts!

Everything went smoothly, the room was clean, and all the VOD services were there. That was great.
