The food tasted strange, and the room was shockingly dirty. There was a huge amount of dust and hair on the floor, which got on my feet and clothes and was really unpleasant. Please do a better job cleaning.

There was a good variety of options, and the room felt clean and calming. I was able to relax and would like to use this service again. Thank you very much. I was surprised, though, to see the receptionist moving around while sitting in a chair.

Since the renovation, this was my first visit. The room, food, and service all seemed good, but the elevator was surprisingly shaky and frightening. I think it should be inspected.

The menu had plenty of options, and the clean, spacious room made it easy to relax. The location is quiet and the front desk staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you.

The prices seem reasonable for the room size and how clean everything is. They used to have karaoke, but sadly it’s gone now. There’s a broad choice of cosplay and food, and they rent costumes too. The service is friendly.
