The room had a slight air-conditioning leak, but it worked well. Everything was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a water dispenser just outside our room. Check-in and checkout were simple, and they even gave me two KitKats when I arrived. There’s a hot drinks machine on the ground floor, plus an elevator so you don’t have to take the stairs. For Tokyo, the room was definitely spacious, with a large bathtub, sofa, fridge, microwave, hairdryer, and TV. They also provided yukata, slippers for indoors, and towels, and there’s a laundry service. The hotel is affordable and near Otsuka Station. A Family Mart is very close, and there’s a Don Quihote Picasso and a 7 Eleven between the hotel and the train stations. I’d choose it over some established chain hotels.

The service was great, and the free laundry and toiletries were handy. They even offered free wine one night. We spent two weeks here, and our room was really spacious. I’d definitely come back.

I’ve stayed here many times and really like it. It’s clean and comfortable, close to JR otsuka, and I hope to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo.

The rooms are huge by Japanese hotel standards, and ours was clean, quiet, and very pleasant. We even got complimentary chocolate for Valentine's Day. After booking, we’d had some doubts, but those turned out to be unfounded. Great location too. Highly recommended.

It’s an inexpensive hotel, and our little room made us feel at home right away. The station is only a two-minute walk, and the JY line gets you to lots of Tokyo spots, including Akihabara, Shinjuku, and Ikebukuro. There are plenty of local places to eat around the corner. If you’d rather grab food to go, there’s a Family Mart attached to the hotel and a 7 Eleven up the road.
