That microwave came in handy for warming up bentos from the convenience store next door or Life supermarket. It’s a pretty fuss-free hotel. I stayed for 10 nights, and the front desk team and other staff I met were all kind and helpful. I think they pay attention to reviews here, which is good if they’re making improvements. The room was a normal size by Japanese standards. For a more comfortable night’s sleep, I’d suggest one person to a bed. We managed to squeeze in together, though it wasn’t a big bed.

Getting into the room was straightforward, and the staff were friendly. The room itself was very small, but I could manage that. The bed was another matter. I could feel all the springs, so my first night’s sleep in Tokyo was pretty miserable. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t stay here again because of that bed.

We stayed eight nights in this compact hotel, and housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room clean. It was a very nice, clean place, and the staff were especially kind and helpful. Thanks, everyone.

The room was tiny, and it was really hard to arrange my luggage. The staff were rude and didn’t smile, and I couldn’t get any help from the hotel. The coin laundry also didn’t work properly. Bad experience.

The room had a direct view of the Skytree from the 9th floor, which was a lovely surprise. It was close by, too, and there were konbini stores nearby. The price suited us, and the soft, comfortable bed was just right after a long day of walking and travel. We enjoyed our stay and would come back. The one real hassle was getting help when we arrived. Our SIM cards couldn’t make calls in Japan, and there was no clerk at the desk, only a sign asking guests to call for assistance. We had to find a roaming cleaner who could contact staff. Once we reached someone, check-in was quick, though we paid an early check-in fee.
