The location is really convenient, but spending a week here was horrible. The staff threw away the shoe box from the new shoes we’d bought, then responded with an attitude and showed no care or effort to resolve it. Room service also left used towels and a toothbrush in the toilet without cleaning up. Book at your own risk.

Checkout is at 10:00AM, which feels quite early, and there’s no luggage storage afterward. The service and arrangements were poor.

The double room was pretty spacious for a hotel in Tokyo, and Ikebukuro station is nearby. Check-in was straightforward, with staff explaining the process to first-time customers.
