The staff were wonderful, even when I arrived at 1-2 AM after a flight with multiple delays and the airline had lost my checked luggage. They kindly helped me check in and figure out what to do about the bags. Breakfast is amazing too, definitely get it. The hotel has handy extras like free tea bags, razors, cotton pads, and my favorite, olivewell skincare. The rooms are clean and comfortable, a relaxing spot at the end of a long day. They can be small depending on the style you book, but the beds are comfortable. The location is great: right by a metro station with several lines, quiet, close to food, and across the street from 7/11 if you need an ATM. If you like crafting, fabric street is right next door with lots of fun shops. I really recommend this place, it's awesome.

Please don't stay here if you're worried about your safety. I'd seen online comments that the rooms ran hot, but assumed it wouldn't be a big issue. I checked in with my two children, aged 6 and 3, and the older one had a 40°C fever. The window wouldn't open, and the room was so hot it felt like a sauna. After six hours, the fever was still 40°C, and we had to call an ambulance in the middle of the night and rush to hospital. It was the middle of the night and I had two young kids with me, so I couldn't move to another hotel, even though I wished I could. It was frightening to be in a room that felt like that, even with the door open. Don't be tempted by the convenient location. I really don't recommend staying here.

Those memory foam pillows were a real standout, some of the best I've slept on anywhere. The hotel is also in a great spot, very close to a well-connected station, and breakfast had plenty of good options.

The staff were really helpful, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Nippori station is close, with access to Narita airport too. Breakfast was nothing special, but for the price there are loads of amenities, more than I've seen at some expensive hotels.

The food and beverage side was next level, and the rooms were clean and had everything I needed. I came from a 5 star hotel and still felt so happy here. Front office staff were friendly and professional, and their English was really good. Thanks to everyone for making the stay amazing. I'll come back!
