We used the hotel shuttle to and from Disneyland and Disney Sea for two days, which I really appreciated. It was a great stay, and I'd certainly book here again if I return to Japan. The room was exceptionally clean and narrower than I'm used to in the U.S., but still quite workable. We fit a medium suitcase, a large duffle, two carry-ons, and two backpacks at the foot of the bed. The Metro station was nearby, with lots of food vendors around it, and I felt safe in the area as a tourist who's also visited Paris and London. I first chose the chain hotel because it looked clean and the nightly price fit our budget. Staff at the front desk spoke great English whenever we talked. There were useful extras like free toothbrushes, combs, and razors if you'd forgotten to pack them. I didn't use or see it myself, but there was also a vending machine room and a late-night café.
