We loved our stay. The room matched what was advertised, and it had such good amenities that we could have shown up without bringing anything and been fine. The location was right beside the station and tokyu, with a super marketing, Starbucks, book store, excellent shopping, a dollar store where everything was literally a dollar, and restaurants. Pubs and great English friendly places to eat lined the nearby streets, and there was a family mart right outside the front door. The rooms are small, as is standard in Tokyo and at this price point. The site we booked through told us exactly how small it was, so we knew what to expect for the price.

This is my second stay here with family, and we used a family room again. It's big, and children under 6 years old can stay free. The hotel cleaned the room daily, the staff were friendly, and they let us store our luggage there. There was no hassle with check-in or checkout. The JR line is just a few meters away, directly in front of the hotel, with a family mart downstairs and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel also provides a washing machine and microwave. One of my favorite places to stay in Japan with family.

Gotanda Station is directly across from HOTEL MYSTAYS Gotanda Station, which made it easy to travel around Tokyo. There are food marts and a supermarket nearby for snacks, drinks, and other essentials, plus plenty of restaurants and cafés a short walk away. The service was friendly and the room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. It's quite compact, though, and might feel tight for a larger person, say football-player size. For comfort, I'd suggest one person per room in that case. I really enjoyed the stay and would come back for the location alone.

I booked a standard double, non-smoking room for a weekday and the price was very affordable. It had what I needed as a solo traveler: a shower, comfy bed, high-speed internet, plus a nearby Family mart and restaurant. JR Gotanda station is very close too. You can hear trains a little if your room faces the station, but it works as background noise and they stop by past midnight. Definitely recommended!

The room was super clean and the bed comfy, with the staff friendly and helpful. Gotanda Station is a two-minute walk away, and the price was affordable. Great value in Tokyo. I'd definitely stay again!
