Hotel New Gyominso

The rainy weather gave the staff a chance to set up crafts at the front desk, a thoughtful touch that kept the kids entertained. Akane was also wonderful, always ready to answer questions and patient and kind with the children. Moka remembered our kids during our recent visit, which made the stay special. I spotted her in the elevator but was too shy to say anything, unsure she'd remember us. I was surprised when she came over and started chatting with them. The kids loved going to the front desk for water so they could say hello. She made them feel welcome, gave them a gift during one of our stays, and they were thrilled. On our last day, she was busy but still took the time to come see us before we left. That small gesture meant a lot to our family. Her warmth and care made our children feel remembered and special, and left them with lasting memories. Our kids' third trip to Tokyo was another great stay at Mimaru Asakusa Station. The location is ideal, close to the station and within walking distance of attractions, restaurants, and shopping. The accommodations were spacious and family friendly. With thoughtful amenities and a team that made us feel at home, we highly recommend it to families visiting Tokyo. Moka and Akane helped make it comfortable and memorable, and we’re already looking forward to our next trip. We can’t imagine staying anywhere else.

The family apartment had lots of room for our group, especially the kids, who could move around comfortably. The kitchen and dining space made it easy to prepare quick snacks and take care of their needs. Akane and Justin at the front desk were welcoming and exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. The location was very convenient, near train stations and good restaurants, with a FamilyMart right beside the hotel for quick essentials. We had a wonderful visit and would definitely choose it again.

Our family of six had spacious rooms, and we loved having a separate table and kitchenette. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Sensoji Temple was just streets away, and Tokyo Skytree was a short walk. We also enjoyed strolling around the streets nearby. Highly recommend staying here, and we'd definitely come back. Our room looked out over the river toward Skytree, and Senso-ji Temple was just steps away. The hotel and staff were great, and it made an easy base for everything we wanted to see in Tokyo. Our family of four fit comfortably, with bunk beds and a kitchenette in the room, including a stovetop, kettle, and fridge.
