Hotel Seaside Edogawa

Parking is limited, and the spaces are a little tight for a family car, though there's a larger lot by the park. We stayed one night, and the location worked well for Rinkai park and TDL, just one station away. The room felt a little dated, with some dirty carpet, but the toilet and bathroom seemed recently renovated. Breakfast options were limited, and the staff seemed a bit stiff. It's an okay business-level hotel with a few extra services if you don't expect too much from the facilities or service.

I found the staff unfriendly and impolite, which was disappointing given how hospitable most Japanese people are. This hotel didn't feel foreigner-friendly, and some information on its website may be misleading. I'd advise others to keep that in mind and consider staying somewhere else.

I stayed in a Japanese-style room at this nice hotel inside Rinkai park. The furnishings and carpet looked a little old, but sleeping on the floor mattress was surprisingly comfortable. The bathroom was my favorite part, with a tub where I could watch TV and relax in a bubble bath. I'd like to come back if I can.

The hotel had a homely feel, and the design throughout was thoughtfully done. My room was huge. Breakfast was decent, and the simple public bath was really good. I stayed in October 2017, in the middle of Kasai Rinkai Park, about a seven-minute walk from the nearby station. The park was peaceful, with a great view out to the ocean, an aquarium, and a recreated aviary wetland. With Tokyo Disneyland one stop away, it was a convenient base.
