The walk from the station is short, but I had to carry my luggage down outside the station and then back upstairs to the lobby because the only escalator was blocked. The room, bathroom, and corridor were old, dirty, and smelled bad.

My daughter and I had a lovely catch-up during our first stay here in a while. The room was clean, the bed had plenty of space for two, and the towels felt really soft. I was glad we could pick our own amenities. One more outlet would've been helpful with just the two of us. The front desk staff were kind when we left our bags and again when we came back, and they gave us water too. Thanks for a nice stay.

The short-haired blonde woman had terrible customer service. She was rude and tossed my change and room key at me. I guess staff quality is low because the prices are so low.
