The room is on the small side, which makes sense for this sort of hotel at this price. Everything else worked well for me: the basics were covered, Wi-Fi was good, and the staff were very helpful. The location is handy for Ikebukuro station, and I was very satisfied with the value.

It’s a tiny hotel, and the rooms feel a bit dated. Still, the location is great, it’s really cheap, and you get your own bathroom. If you’re mainly using the room to sleep and aren’t planning to spend much time there, it’s a good deal.

I only stayed one night, so I didn’t expect much. The location was good, and the twin room was good value.

For getting to Ikebukuro station, it’s under a 10 minute walk. The hotel itself is a cheap business place that does the basics: somewhere to keep your stuff, sleep, shower, and rest. Wi-Fi is free. If the schedule lines up, you can book a direct bus to or from NRT and HND airport at the metropolitan hotel across the street. I didn’t try the breakfast, but apparently they give you vouchers for a family restaurant a few minutes away. I’d probably go to the bakery or 711 instead.

I really enjoyed staying here. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend it.
