We had such an incredible stay. We're in the habit of staying at an Aman wherever we go if there's one there, but we'd left it too late to book this time and it was sold out, so we chose their sister hotel instead. We weren't disappointed. The staff were very accommodating and the service was lovely. Our masseuse gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. Thank you for a fantastic stay.

I've been to 25 countries and stayed in some very nice hotels, but Janu Tokyo still blew me away. It's one of the most special hotel stays I've had. The service was unlike anything I've experienced, even compared with places known for hospitality like Dubai or Thailand. The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with everything you'd need. When I needed anything else, the front desk was quick to respond. The spa and gym level was the highlight for me, with a great sauna, cold plunge, steam room, gym, golf simulator, and several specialized exercise rooms. I'd definitely recommend it for a fantastic Tokyo hotel stay.

I came for a meal, then went for a walk and came back looking for a cab. Staff treated me like I was trespassing and told me off, saying to get a cab from the road. Is it okay to treat customers that way just because they aren't hotel guests? I've never experienced anything like it. Avoid.
