I couldn't get over how quiet it was with a train station underneath the hotel. I wasn't disturbed by noise at all. The convenience store and bakery in the station were useful too, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was the cleanest I've ever stayed in. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the laundry was clean and easy to use.

The service was wonderful, with warm greetings at check-in and checkout and lots of thoughtful amenities for guests. The location is super convenient, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed, blanket, and pillows. The bathroom area was spacious, though there wasn't enough room outside it to put our clean clothes.

The staff were excellent, and when I emailed to ask about storing my parcel before check-in, they replied quickly, which was a big help. The room was spacious and very clean. It's right next to the JR station, so getting around was easy. Highly recommend it!

There's so much good food in and around the hotel, and a quiet Donki store and convenience stores are close by. The double room is tight for two people, but manageable. It's a good base for a first visit to Tokyo. The Yamanote train line is just steps away and takes you to the city's major attractions. A taxi from Haneda is about $40-50 if you'd rather not haul your luggage on public transport.

The room design is great. Even though it's small, it feels roomy rather than cramped, and the facilities are great too. The employees here at the Gotanda outlet have a great attitude and provide good service. I loved every minute of my stay and felt happy coming back after a full day out.
