We only got to stay two nights, which was a shame, because it was such a lovely, comfortable stay. The bed was great, the house was clean, and the tasty sweets were a nice touch. The landlord was easy to communicate with. The room is a bit far from the station, but the weather was really nice, so that was only a small inconvenience. Good price and a quiet neighborhood 🥰

The neighbors are usually quiet, and we enjoyed our stay. The room itself was good, with no complaints from me. The train station is quite a walk, around 18-19 minutes.

I really enjoyed staying here. The room had heating, cooling, kitchen appliances, and a washing machine, and convenience stores were an easy walk away. The nearest station was about 15 minutes away. The wifi kept connecting and dropping out. When we arrived, the bathroom had lots of drain flies because the drain was open. Once we put it back together and closed it, there wasn't much of a problem. Thanks for a great stay ☺️

I stayed for a month and had no problems. The neighborhood was quiet, while Akabane station and the walk toward Higashi Jugo had a lively feel if you wanted a crowd. They're around a 15-minute walk away, so that activity didn't disturb my sleep. The nearest stations are about 15-16 minutes on foot, which is manageable even with heavy luggage. There are nearby 7-11s with ATMs, plus one around the corner, and Akabane station has a bus stop. The place is also close to the main lines. The service was top tier. Whenever I had a question, I usually heard back in 10-30 minutes, always within an hour, and they helped me out. There are several books and manuals around the hotel, too. Everything was clean when I arrived, and the room came with useful basics like hand soap, extra trash bags, and other essentials. I'd recommend it for one or two people. The futon is a little small, so sharing it with a partner would be best. If you're over 6'0ft, you'll have to bend to get through each doorway. The projector was a nice touch. What you see in the listing matches the place. For a longer stay like 30 days, you'll need to arrange to have your trash collected. It was a great stay, and I'll most likely book again if I return to Japan.
