We could see the Imperial Palace gardens from our room, and the staff were kind and friendly. KKR hotel is well located, with great facilities and rooms of a good size. We had an excellent stay and would highly recommend it.

It’s a so-so hotel with a very old-fashioned design, and everything looks old. The service was neither good nor bad. The gentlemen by the lifts always greet people and help with the lift.

Getting around Tokyo was easy from KKR Hotel TOKYO, with major attractions, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The vending machines were top notch, and the onsite dining served delicious meals. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, with modern amenities that made it feel like home. From arrival on, the staff went above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and memorable. They handled every request with a smile, and their attention to detail stood out. It’s a top-tier budget choice for business or leisure. I was blown away and can’t recommend it enough. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo. Five stars without a doubt!

It’s a handy base for getting around Tokyo, especially if you’re visiting the emperor’s palace garden. Soda, tea, alcohol, and noodles are available from vending machines on each floor. The price is a bit high, and the service wasn’t especially good.
