The bed and pillows felt great, and I slept really well. I was also impressed by thoughtful extras like free toothbrushes and even hair ties. The service was good, and the setting was fantastic. The main drawback is how little space there is, especially in the washroom, which felt almost like a prison cell. Still, it was a pretty good stay if you care more about helpful service and a comfortable bed than floor space. Just be ready for the squeeze.

Four adults shared one room for 7D6N, and it worked out better than we expected. The room was clean, modern, and cleverly laid out. It’s typical Tokyo size, but comfortable, with good beds, complete amenities, and strong WiFi. The staff were consistently polite, helpful, and efficient. The location is excellent too, within walking distance of Tsukiji Market, Ginza, and several train lines, with food and convenience stores all around. Great value for money in Tokyo. It isn’t spacious, but it’s very functional and well worth it. We’d definitely stay again.

Nothing was especially bad or impressive here. The hotel felt generic and mediocre. The room was tiny, as you’d expect in Japan, but felt a little too small for the price. The shower was small too, and the water temperature changed quite a bit. The hotel’s “eco policy” basically means they clean your room less, so they spend less on labor. Front desk staff were reasonably polite, but didn’t go out of their way. I wouldn’t stay again. Surely there are better options.

The room came with a small fridge and toiletries, breakfast was served every day, and staff tried to help when we asked. We stayed three weeks in a family room, and I’d really recommend booking a larger one. It was VERY spacious, but the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows even worse. There’s firm, and then there’s like sleeping on pavement. After three weeks, my back needed an adjustment. They cleaned the room every third day.
