The reception team were really kind and friendly. They cleaned the rooms whenever we asked, and the rooms were quite large for Tokyo, with a separate toilet and a fridge. I’d recommend it.

There were eight of us, and the price worked out really well, especially for a group of young people. We could all open our big suitcases in the room, though there wasn’t much space to walk around afterward. The beds were very small, but the bathroom was excellent and the room soundproofing was good. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, with temples, shopping, and plenty of tasty restaurants nearby. I didn’t meet an English-speaking staff member myself, but they did try to communicate. My friends did meet a woman on staff who spoke English well.
The room had the basics and was great for two. We barely needed to speak with the staff beyond check-in and checkout. For what we paid, the place was perfectly adequate. I’d probably stay here again.
Our room was small, but clean, so I have no complaints about it. There’s a little shared kitchen where you can heat up food and eat, and you can take extra towels or toilet paper as needed. We were about a 15-minute walk from the subway. Our window looked out at the sky tower :)
The hotel staff wouldn’t help us arrange luggage transport through Yamato transport. They just declined and said we had to handle it ourselves online.
