Conrad Tokyo

The hotel's comfort and the whole team's dedication made our time in Tokyo special. We felt at home, and we’re grateful for the care everyone put into our stay. We’d be happy to come back. Maria deserves a special mention. Her smile brightened our days, and her suggestions helped us find some fantastic restaurants in Tokyo. She even checked in afterward to ask how we liked them, which made her attention feel so personal. Rudra also sent us off on a high note. We had a friendly chat before leaving, and his humor and welcoming nature left us smiling. Thanks to him for a lovely end to the visit. From arrival to departure, everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. We had a wonderful, memorable stay.

The room was just right, with lots of space and natural light, lovely details, and a beautiful bathroom stocked with plenty of products and amenities. We even got an anniversary surprise. The staff were so helpful, always smiling and ready for our questions. I also liked the extra touch of water bottles and towels in the lobby. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend it.

We spent the last night of our honeymoon here before flying back to the US, and my wife and I couldn't have asked for a more thoughtful, welcoming team. The small details, from check-in through checkout and in every interaction with the staff, made the whole experience feel carefully considered. We especially enjoyed the on-site restaurant's kaiseki dinner, and breakfast the next morning was excellent too. The room, fitness area, and spa were all exceptional. Thanks to Peter and everyone at Conrad Tokyo for making our stay and honeymoon so memorable. We’ll definitely return. This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had.

The lounge staff made us feel right at home. Hiroya Peter Mizutani (Assistant Guest Relations Manager) was so kind, and even made wonderful cocktails for us. Duty Manager Monica also deserves thanks for coordinating everything so smoothly. The housekeeping team showed us a level of care we’d never experienced before. Ryo Sato hand-sewed a new inner casing for our child’s favorite pillow instead of disposing of it. That really touched us. Our stay at Conrad Tokyo was extraordinary. The whole team showed sincere care and the spirit of "Omotenashi." Highly recommended for families!
