Laffitte Okachimachi - Vacation STAY 8302

There’s a really good sushi place just around the corner, and the hotel is also close to the station and lots of great restaurants. I stayed about five nights and would happily come back. It’s a quiet, low-key place but still near everything. I was especially grateful they provided Tide Pods for doing laundry. 😎

The room was small, and the bare concrete walls look a little bleak. The location was okay, though.

The room was spacious and spotless, with furniture and appliances already provided, so I didn’t need to bring anything. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I stayed here on a business trip to Tokyo. It’s in a quiet residential area beyond a charming shopping street, with easy access from Okachimachi Station.

Shops for everyday needs are plentiful nearby, and you can walk to several places from here. The area is quiet, without traffic noise. Inside, the amenities are almost perfect, and the loft-style bedroom is practical. The small balcony also brings in light and fresh air. Getting up to the fifth floor with heavy luggage is tough since there’s no elevator. And when it rains, large puddles form on the external stairs. It seems like the drainage wasn’t accounted for, which makes them unpleasant and dangerous. I’d honestly call it four and a half stars, but management responded quickly and handled the garbage carefully, so I’m giving five. We’d like to stay again. Just something to keep in mind.
