I booked through Booking.com, and about a month later they said they'd made a pricing mistake and wanted 2.5 times more money. How do you only notice a mistake after that long? They didn't honor the agreement we'd made. Obvious opportunists. Shame on you.

The building is very new, and the room's facilities are also new and in good shape, which made the place feel safe. You can see Tokyo Skytree from the balcony. There are a lot of brothels nearby, but the area itself is quiet, and I felt safe going out alone at night as long as I stayed away from those spots. There was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and sink drains. The balcony has no clothesline, which was inconvenient. There weren't extra garbage bags or cleaning tools in the room either, so if you're staying several days, you have to put up with the mess.

The landlord was very kind and helpful, and answered all my questions quickly and efficiently. I stayed two nights and had a great experience, thank you so much! It's conveniently close to the station, yet quiet despite all the bustle around it.

Small but complete, and worth recommending. The room had everything, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, kitchen and tableware, and basic seasonings. It was clean and tidy, and being close to the station was very convenient.
