The room itself was fine, but my friend had accidentally booked a smoking room and staff wouldn’t switch it to a non-smoking one. They were extremely rude, from their facial expressions and attitude to the way they spoke. There are plenty of ways to handle a situation politely, and they handled this one very poorly. Their English was also hard to understand, which made an already frustrating situation worse. Worst experience ever!

The neighborhood is quiet and sleepy, though the train station is close. My simple, clean room was a good fit for one person and came with a fridge, microwave, and water kettle. The water pressure was excellent, there’s coin laundry on site, and the staff were friendly.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The room is very small, and the window is opaque and can’t be opened. That could work for a short business stay, though maybe not for a vacation. The location is the main advantage, very close to Asakusabashi station on the Sobu line.

I love having a microwave in the room, it makes warming up food easy. The room is tiny but comfortable, and Asakusabashi Station is only a two-minute walk away.

The staff were friendly, everything worked, and the room was very clean, even though it was small as advertised. It’s a low-budget place, so don’t expect hotel service, but it’s good for the price. The location is great, with a direct line to the airport and a simple connection to Mount Fuji.
