Mitsui Garden Hotel Ginza Tsukiji

The staff saved us from leaving a suitcase behind. I had set it down in the lobby while loading up for the airport, and they ran after us to stop us, then carried the bag to our taxi. The location also worked really well, within walking distance of lots of attractions and an easy subway to navigate. Having a washer and dryer in the room made a big difference. We'd highly recommend it and will return.

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The staff were warm and professional from the start, and the front desk team stayed welcoming and helpful throughout our visit. Pim deserves a special thank you for going out of her way at checkout and making sure everything was taken care of. We had a wonderful stay and are already looking forward to coming back soon.

We were pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was. It was spacious enough and well arranged, and the location was convenient, with good connections and lots of nearby places to eat. This was our first time in Tokyo and Japan, and choosing this hotel worked out really well. Check-in was quick and easy, and everyone on staff was kind and willing to go out of their way to help. I'd book here again if I return to Tokyo.

The location made everything close by, and we'd happily stay again. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. Breakfast had a good range of food, including yummy French toast, and the in-room washer and dryer meant we could do laundry whenever we wanted. At breakfast they gave us tokens for a free drink at the first-floor cafe. The onsen was very clean and lovely after a day of walking.
