We had a small child with us and wanted somewhere calm instead of a busy area. This place suited us well: the neighborhood is very chill and the location is pretty good. The hotel was super clean, and the bed was really comfortable. We stayed for two evenings.

Check-in was smooth and easy. They sent the instructions for the digital locks ahead of time, so the online process was hassle-free. We were glad we didn’t let the negative reviews put us off. Of the three Tokyo hotels we tried, this was the best. It was also the cheapest, yet had the most space, and was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The amenities were great, especially the hot water and the modern, spotless toilets. The location worked perfectly for exploring the Asakusade area.

We had such a quiet stay, with comfy beds and a great night’s sleep. The room was spacious, clean, modern, and still had a Japanese feel. We stayed longer at the hotel, and room service came by and knocked to clean. We’ve got one more night to go, but so far it’s been brilliant. It’s very close to Asakusa, handy for visiting the shrine and SkyTree.

The location was handy for outings: Sensoji Temple was a 13-minute bus ride or a 20-minute walk, and if you go early there aren’t crowds. Denny's in Higashiasakusa is a seven-minute walk for breakfast. From Yoshiwara Omen street, you can see Tokyo Skytree, which is lovely early in the morning or at night. I’d happily stay here again. Thanks to the staff for making my three-week stay so enjoyable. The room looked just like the pictures. The bed and pillows were firm, but I slept fine. Cleaning was great whenever I put the sign out. I’d come back to a clean room, a made bed, and replenished towels, hotel toothbrushes, and creams. If you leave the do-not-disturb sign up, they’ll still leave fresh towels. For a room clean, put the provided Clean My Room sign on the door by 20:00 the day before. If anything goes wrong, message the hotel. They’ll sort it out, sometimes without even replying first. I’d read complaints from people who never got their access PIN, but that wasn’t an issue for me. After booking through the "booking.com" app, I got an email explaining how to check in online and through an app called "Line". Read and follow the instructions carefully and the stay should go smoothly. Light sleepers should know there’s daytime noise from neighboring rooms and normal activity around the hotel, so bring earplugs if you need them. At night it was pretty quiet. You’ll also need to carry your luggage up a set of stairs when you arrive. It’s manageable, just something to know.
