Yu and the rest of the staff were wonderful, attentive, and really helpful when we ran into problems. The room had decent space for our family of four, though our Mimaru hotel had definitely been roomier. The first room smelled of curry, and the carpet had a wet-dog smell. We got moved to another room, which had no curry smell, though the floor still smelled a little like wet dog, just less strongly. Apart from the room, I was really happy with the staff and their hospitality.

The washer-dryer in the apartment was especially handy, and the room itself was comfortable and well equipped. MONday Apart Hamamatsucho Daimon is clean, modern, and in a great spot for getting around. The check-in and check-out rules, though, were extremely strict. We arrived early at 08:00 and paid a full extra day's rate. We also asked to stay until 11:00 on departure day, but were quoted ¥7,426 for just one more hour, which felt excessive. A bit more flexibility on those times would make the stay better.

The staff were warm and attentive, always ready to help, and the whole stay felt easy and relaxing. We especially liked the little kitchen, with its quality utensils and well-chosen amenities. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. The convenient location also made it easy to get around and explore. It felt homey, and we had a fantastic stay.

We spent two weeks here with my boyfriend and were very pleased. The room was really clean and spacious, and having a washer-dryer made things convenient. Staff were super friendly, and we were close to train stations and good restaurants. I'd definitely stay here again.

We got three loads of laundry done after our ski trip, which was easily the best part of staying here. The room was big enough for our family of four, and the location was perfect, with FamilyMart and Natural Lawson just around the corner. The train station, Tokyo Tower, shops, and restaurants were all within walking distance. I also loved taking my morning run through the park and neighborhood.
