The check-in staff were very helpful, and the document checks and key handover were quick. Our room was nice, with a comfortable bed and two pillow choices: a hard foam one and a very soft one. If you’re used to medium-firm pillows, try the decorative ones with a pillowcase, or you may wake up with a sore neck. It was handy having a 7/11 in the basement with quick lift access. The laundry room was well kept, with separate washers and dryers, and we never ran into a long queue. Staff also agreed to hold our luggage for a few hours after check-in, which we really appreciated. The location is quite close to several metro lines. Thank you.

A really good stay in Tokyo for the price. Room service was top notch, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. The air conditioning worked excellently throughout the building, which felt like a breath of fresh air after being out in the Tokyo summer heat. I really enjoyed staying here.

We spent six nights here and would stay again if we come back to Tokyo. The room was clean, though small, which seems typical for hotels in Japan. The contour-support pillows and regular ones were both very comfortable, and the bathroom had a bathtub. Getting around was easy, with three train stations 7-12 minutes away on foot. There’s a 7-11 downstairs and a large Lawson nearby. Just be ready for a slight uphill walk to the hotel.

The staff were great, and we appreciated that the bathroom and room were a good size. Still, the room felt old and had a strange cigarette smell, even though the renovated lobby and hallway smelled fresh. We found the bed and pillows very stiff, too. My husband and I came away disappointed and felt the hotel was overrated in the reviews. We don't think we'd stay here again.
