There are plenty of restaurants nearby, along with 7-eleven and Lawsons, and Tokyo Tower is an easy walk away. The rooms are a good size, and getting to the train station and monorail is a short, level walk. A good hotel in a convenient spot.

We were here in January 2025, and when my son came down with influenza type A during our holiday, the receptionist helped us find a night doctor. The doctor arrived within 40 minutes and gave him medicine, which we really appreciated. The room was a decent size for four, and the hotel is at the end of the street, with Italia walk and a few good restaurants within walking distance. We plan to stay here again in November 2025.

I had booked two nights through the Booking app for October 16 and 17. When I checked in on the 16th, I asked a female staff member to add one more day. Somehow, she showed me a price of 21,800 yen for the 19th, not the 18th, and charged my account. When I came back tired today, staff said I had no room booked for that night and that the rate would be 39,000 yen. Their explanation seems to be that I booked for two days, planned to stay elsewhere tonight, then return tomorrow. I can’t imagine even one in a thousand guests would do that. I can show that I never intended to book here for the 19th: yesterday I booked Mercury hotel Hibiya from October 19 to 21, and I have the confirmation letter as a photo. If this had happened in China, it might be understandable, since the government there doesn’t care much about laws and consumer rights. But it happened in Japan, which is astonishing. The hotel violated consumers’ right to be informed and their right to reject or choose based on that information.

The front desk kindly moved me to a different room after I found a bug crawling on the bed in my first one. But the sheets in the replacement room had hair on them, and there were stains inside the comforter, as shown in the photo. The room size was decent when I stayed in mid-July, but these problems made the stay very uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend it.
