We’re grateful we could stay here for a month. The apartments were comfortable, and the building was incredibly well kept. It’s a great neighborhood, too, and the concierge staff were attentive and caring.

The staff were welcoming, supportive, and very helpful, going above and beyond with their service. The apartments feel more spacious than their listed square meters suggest. Shirokane has the everyday conveniences you need, but it’s not an ideal area for shopping or going out. The facilities also aren’t the best fit for middle-class families.
8/10
The apartments are cleverly designed to make good use of limited space, and the kitchen is great. This serviced apartment is a little dated, but very convenient and worth considering for a central Tokyo stay. There are no onsite amenities, and dining options nearby are surprisingly sparse given the population density, though there are plenty of good grocery stores. Recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, and the weekly cleaning was appreciated. Oakwood made our move to Japan feel easy and smooth. Thank you!
