The staff were friendly and very helpful. Rooms are small but neat, and you can pick a different pillow if you need one. They have lots of free things, including hot and cold drinks, toothbrushes, razors, bath salts, and hair ties, plus a microwave near reception. Azubu-Juban underground station is close by.

The room smelled of cigarettes even though I'd asked for a non-smoking room. There was dust and ash on the walls, and mold in the bathroom. Staff weren't helpful, including when I asked about changing rooms. 0/10, don't stay here.

A good deal if, like me, you're mostly out during the day and just need somewhere to sleep. The staff were polite, excellent, and helpful.

The rooms were clean, and the location made it easy to get to the Shinjuku and Shibuya areas. Azabu station is an easy walk away. Good value for money, since I didn't want to spend too much on my Japan trip.

We could walk to the metro, and the hotel also held our luggage for free. The rooms were cleaned every day. Free drinks and personal amenities are available in the lobby. The WiFi needs work, though, since most of the time we couldn't connect.
