There’s a storage room with free locks where you can leave your luggage if you have a late flight. The hotel is also a short walk from the subway, and the room and shower were clean. But there’s no elevator, no one to ask for an extra blanket, and the beds are right next to each other with no space between them. I really disliked that the windows can’t be opened because an alarm goes off. I like fresh air, and the room felt stuffy. Would I stay here again? Probably not.

It was better than a similar style hotel we stayed at in Osaka, and it looks like they’ve dealt with issues mentioned in older reviews, which is great. Still, there was no elevator, and that’s hard to forgive. The photos also looked nothing like the place we stayed, so maybe they were for another branch. It wasn’t bad, just nothing special.

Good value for a hotel, with a train station and convenience store nearby. But it’s misleading to say breakfast is provided when there wasn’t any.

A quiet neighborhood and about a slow ten-minute walk to the metro. The place felt like a good mix of a hotel and an Airbnb: no daily maid service in the room, but you also don’t have to leave everything spotless when you go. It was safe and clean.

There’s a laundry and kitchen area, which is a nice extra, and the check-in only took a couple of minutes. The room was enough for sleeping, showering, and using the restroom. You’ll probably be out exploring most of the time anyway. It’s close to Asakusa station and other attractions, in a quiet, uncrowded neighborhood. If the price and location fit your expectations, it’s a great option.
