Premium Apart MONday HAMAMATSUCHO Station

The room had everything we needed, including a washing machine, microwave, fridge, and utensils, and it was large enough for our family of five. Housekeeping came every third day, which was fine since we had enough fresh towels to change them daily if we wanted. Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station were both just a few minutes' walk away, as was the Haneda airport monorail. The hotel ticks the boxes for us, and we'd definitely stay again.

I stayed at Premium Apart MONday Hamamatsucho Station twice soon after it opened, April 12-13 and April 14-17, 2026. I expected a new property to be clean and in good condition, but on both stays we found hygiene problems with the bedding and mattresses. Before we used the bedding, there were loose hairs on the duvet while it was still in the closet, and visible stains or dirt on the mattresses. The same thing happened on the second stay. I reported it to the front desk and shared photos. Since we'd unpacked late at night, having the room cleaned again wasn't practical, so we did some of the cleaning ourselves. The hotel later admitted its cleaning and final inspection had fallen short and formally apologized. But after several polite follow-up emails over an extended period, I stopped getting any response. The repeated cleanliness issue was disappointing, and so was the complete lack of communication afterward. I hope the hotel improves housekeeping and customer support, especially as a newly opened property with good potential.

Brand new apartment hotel with big rooms and everything you need to live in Japan. Great neighborhood too, close to the train, and I found everything I needed.

The neighborhood felt quiet and safe, and getting around was easy with Hamamatsucho station and Daimon station so close. The trains were audible because the place is near the tracks, though it never bothered us, and they stop at night so sleeping was peaceful. I was a little unsure about staying during the grand opening, but the apartment impressed us. It was modern, very clean, and had a Japanese touch. There was enough room for our family of five, and we made use of the washer and dryer a few times. I'd definitely recommend it and come back.
