We could see Skytree from one of the bedroom windows, and the residential neighborhood was quiet. Getting to a bigger transport hub took about ten extra minutes, which was fine by us. Yahiro station is only a few metres away, with places to eat within walking distance and kinbinis around the station. We spent a week here in a genuinely spacious two-bedroom apartment, with a separate kitchen and living area. It had plenty of storage, and the Aircon worked well the whole time. Everything was clean, and we had what we needed: a washing machine, separate toilet, shower, Japanese bath, and a kitchen with a large-for-Japan fridge, microwave, and hob. The building felt secure, with an entry code downstairs and a key lock on the apartment door. There’s a lift and luggage storage inside the building. Your bags are secured with a wire through the handles, so other people can touch them, but being indoors made it feel safe. This was definitely the better of the two places we booked on the trip. Highly recommend!

It looks just like the pictures and is an amazing place. If I come back to Japan, I’ll probably stay here.

The train station right next door made getting around easy, and the apartment had lots of space. There were also plenty of convenience stores, supermarkets, and a pharmacy close by. We stayed in March 2024, on our first trip to Japan, and were pleasantly surprised by how new the apartment seemed.
