Mao looked after us from check-in through our stay and helped us check out. Hosts like her are why we don't use Airbnbs anymore. Thanks for the shoe dryers, Mao. Our shoes feel like new after yesterday's rain! The hotel is great for Disney, with shuttles there and back. The train station is also only 10 minutes from Tokyo station.

Of the four hotels we stayed at in Japan, this was easily our favorite. The area was peaceful, with few tourists around, and a bus stop just a six-minute walk away made it easy to get around. The staff were the best part. Everyone was lively, lovely, kind, and generous, and they made sure we were looked after. The restaurant staff were just as helpful and kind.

Coming back from Disney soaked by a heavy downpour, we were met with a really thoughtful gesture. Reception staff member Mao Fukumuro noticed our wet shoes and brought shoe dryers up to our room without us asking. She was so kind and attentive, with the warmest smile, and her hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for. The stay was already great, but her kindness made the whole experience unforgettable. Thank you, Mao, for going above and beyond!

We had a spacious, very modern room and got amazing service throughout. They even offered a lovely crib for my son, plus free toys to borrow, which I really appreciated. Thanks to the whole team!

We could watch the Disney fireworks from our room at 8:30 PM, and there’s a park right out front with a nice view. This new hotel in the Maihama area feels like an urban resort, which is rare in Tokyo. It’s easy to get to Disney, and the sauna was really nice too. They have rooms for four, great for a family vacation or a girls' trip 🎉
