Excellent location. We have quite a bit of luggage. We were allowed to chk in early at abt 12noon. Which was very2 helpful

I stay here for 5 days and 4 nights. In general, the location is very accessible. There are nearby station uguisudani as well as bus stop. Most of the time, we are traveling by bus to asakusa as the train would be very cramped. There is also nearby supermarket at the front of the hotel.

Do not stay in room 201. Absolutely filthy. Black mould all through the bedroom and bathroom. Reeked like urine, disgusting accommodation. Looked liked it's never been cleaned. Mystery liquids splattered on nearly every wall. AC pipe in bedroom leaking water above the electrical socket right next to the bed. Very very difficult to try and get a refund. Refusing to give our money back. Only could tolerate one night. Absolute FILTH. Had to pay Nzd 1200 to move accommodation.
