Hotel MONday Haneda Airport

The buffet was lovely and quiet, with plenty of Japanese and Western dishes, all labeled. Our room was very quiet too, and the beds were comfortable. MONday was easy to find from Otorii station, and the procedures were clearly explained with signs in several languages. The rooms were clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Very convenient, and I’d stay again!

The staff were kind and helpful when my glasses were damaged at the concert and I asked where I could get them fixed. They also let me have my room cleaned a few hours later than usual so I could sleep in after the concert, which was no problem. I booked for a few nights near Zepp Haneda, and it turned out to be a great choice, with a train station close by. The rooms are stylish and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options, a generous time window, and clearly labeled allergens. I’d also recommend the nearby Takoyaki Kūtarō, a little shop with delicious takoyaki and a kind owner!

Being able to leave my luggage at the hotel while I waited for departure was a real plus, and it definitely improved my impression of places that offer this. The front desk team were kind and professional. The hotel itself was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I could walk to the station and plenty of shops.

I won't stay here again. The room smelled bad and was dirty, with poor upkeep throughout. There were stains on the furniture, marks on the walls, and the kettle hadn't been cleaned properly. Housekeeping was unacceptable. This was among the worst hotel stays I've had.
