The breakfast costs 3300 yen, but the quality is top notch, so you get what you pay for. There’s also a convenience store right next door, and the location is handy for exploring Ginza and beyond. It’s a brisk three-minute walk to the metro line that goes directly to HND airport. I stayed in a double room on the top, 13th floor, just behind the elevator bay. I never heard the elevator. This was easily the biggest room I’ve had in Tokyo: both my large and small suitcases fit with lots of space left to walk around. The bed was comfortable, the window opened, and the AC worked well. I could faintly hear the neighbors, but it was mostly quiet. The bathroom was clean and worked well. The front desk staff were friendly and keen to help. We hit a bit of a language barrier, but managed with translation apps. I’d book again in a heartbeat.

Compared with many other hotels, the rooms are a reasonable size, and the bed and pillows are comfortable. The bathroom has separate bath and shower areas. In winter, you can choose either air conditioning or heat, which is a nice option when other hotels only offer heating. Getting around is easy, with four or five Metro, subway, or JR lines nearby. There’s plenty of shopping in the area as well.

The staff were incredibly kind. I left my phone at the hotel while checking out, and since I was flying out of Japan that same day, I emailed them right away. They replied quickly and arranged with a courier to send it overseas. It arrived in two weeks. I really appreciate everyone taking extra time to get it back to me. I’ve travelled to many countries and can’t imagine this being possible everywhere. I’d only bought the phone two months earlier, so I’m soooo happy to have it back. The subway ride to HND takes about 30 minutes with no transfer, and the location is very convenient. I’ll definitely recommend the hotel to friends visiting Tokyo. Thank you! 😊

The location in Ginza makes getting around Tokyo by public transport easy, and there are plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The hotel also provides useful extras like wash towels, shaving kits, and other essentials. My room was clean, modern, and well maintained, with enough space to open my luggage and move around comfortably. By Tokyo standards, it felt generous in size. Solaria Hotel Ginza made for a comfortable, convenient stay, especially for anyone who values having room to spread out.

My mom and I came to Japan for my birthday. It was my first visit, and she had never been outside the country. The staff were lovely and helpful during our stay, and Mom especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Check-in was informative, and checking out went smoothly. The only downside was that our visit felt a little too short, between our travel schedule to another city and all there is to do in Tokyo. If I get another chance to visit, I’d most likely stay at Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel in Ginza again 😁🎌
