We had a lovely 3D2N stay at Sorano Hotel & Resort, our first time there, near Tachikawa-kita station. The room was beautiful, with an open view over showa kinen park, and we really enjoyed the rooftop heated infinity pool. Miss Momoka Soga at reception was patient, pleasant, and very helpful with our membership registration and complimentary access to the spa and pool. At Sorano Spa, Mr. Miyai Toshiaki was friendly and ready to help, showing us the spa services and pointing out the hotel scenery from the rooftop. He looked after us both at the pool and at reception. We really appreciated the service and will recommend the hotel to our friends.

The rooms have a modern, futuristic look, and outside the hotel there's a nice cyberpunk feel at night. From the infinity pool you can see Mt.fuji as well as the park, which looked BEAUTIFUL in fall. Out of the five prefectures where I stayed, this was the best hotel. I was treated like a KING here, a real hidden gem in Tokyo.

I came by to see the great view and infinity pool I'd seen on sns. After I asked at the entrance, they let me in free just to enjoy the view. I'd love to come back as a guest and hopefully stay at the Hotel sometime.

The staff were hospitable, helpful, and welcoming, and the restaurants were alright. It's a modern, new, spacious property within walking distance of Tachikawa station. Some rooms look out over Showa Kinen Koen, and the rooftop pool is nice. It's hard not to rate this place highly. The best hotel in Tachikawa!

It's very convenient being so close to the station, even though the hotel isn't right beside any attractions. The location deserves more attention, and the view of Mount Fuji is excellent.
