Sotetsu Fresa Inn Ginza Sanchome

We stayed for almost a week and had everything we needed. The breakfast was amazing, and the rooms had a typical Japanese style. It's a very nice hotel in Ginza, within walking distance of Tokyo station, Ginza center, and plenty of other places.

The main reason I chose this hotel was its location, which saved us a lot of time. It's just a few minutes from the metro, with major shops and tourist spots within walking distance and plenty of coffee shops nearby. The room was the usual small size, about 12 square metres, like a standard Japanese business hotel. Breakfast is pork shabushabu or sukiyaki, worth a try.

The rooms were clean, and the staff did a lot to make the stay better. At first, though, I arrived at midnight to find the shower broken, so a staff member had to come fix it. The standard room was tiny, and you couldn't open two suitcases at once. I upgraded to a larger room after the shower issue, and then things were great, with plenty of room for all our luggage.

The location is good, but housekeeping needs work. There were socks left behind by a previous guest, and the sink drained so slowly that it took 15 minutes for the water to clear after use.
