Spacious Apartment Sunshine City

The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe both day and night. The apartment was well located, within walking distance of a Family Mart, restaurants, and a couple of subway stations. We went to Deny's allot for all our meals, about an 8 min walk. There's a washer but no dryer, and the free WiFi can be taken around town. There were several problems inside. The bedside table and shower door handle were broken, the front window was cracked, and the kitchen window needs blackout curtains because outside light pours into the first bedroom at night. The apartment's materials felt like those used in mobile campers, and the floors seemed like they might give out. Take photos of damaged items or structures. When it rained, the apartment window leaked. I reported it to management, but they didn't send anyone, so I had to clean up and manage the leak myself. There was already mold on the wall and between the wallpaper near it. We asked for credit for a couple of days but received only a half-day credit. Staying somewhere moldy is a health issue, and I hope they fix this before the next renters. This could have been an okay stay if those issues were taken care of.
