I found the service excellent, and the location was very convenient. The one lift moved slowly, though, and the sento was open only for a short period in the evening.

The staff were attentive, and the décor had a lot of heart. Since it was winter and the air was dry, I asked about borrowing a humidifier, and they brought a Panasonic Nanoe! right to my room. I’ve visited Tachikawa many times, but had never stayed here before. I’d be happy to come back.

I was here for work and slept well, thanks to the quiet room and the large public bath. There are plenty of bars and other places nearby, but having a convenience store around the corner also made it easy to pick up a meal and eat in my room.

Getting to major offices and train stations was easy from here, which helped a lot. The rooms were clean, equipped well, and comfortable to relax in. I’d stayed before, and the staff were again very kind and helpful, making everything from check-in through check-out comfortable. I can confidently recommend it to anyone after a comfortable, safe hotel for a short stay.

I go to the izakaya on the second floor pretty often. It's always busy, but the staff are cheerful and really friendly. They allow smoking too, which makes it a great spot for smokers.
