I’ve stayed here twice now, and came back for another stay a year later. I love how quiet, peaceful, and comfortable the apartment feels. The bathtub is great, the Wi-Fi works well, and both check-in and checkout are easy. It’s just far enough from the train station to feel like a home, without being a long walk. There’s a 7-11 nearby and a really nice grocery store next to the station. My only wish is that checkout were later than 10am. I might book an extra night next time so I don’t feel rushed. Thanks 🥰❤️

I spent three weeks here, and having stayed in lots of places in Japan over four visits since 2016, this was the worst apartment-style place I’ve experienced. To start with the good: it’s near two train stations, about a 7-minute walk to one and 16 minutes to the other, and both stations have a combini for picking something up on the way. The apartment has a kitchen, washing machine, fridge, shower, tub, and toilet. Check-in was simple even though I arrived at 1am: I entered a code into a machine and got my keys. The owner replied quickly, and the Wi-Fi was great. There was also a safe with a key. But a lot was missing or in bad shape. The kitchen had no spatula, so I bought one, and the pot had a hole that let the water out, so I had to buy a pot too. The stove kept turning itself off after a few minutes. Dishes were dirty when I arrived, and the sponge was so disgusting that I replaced it. There were no trash instructions, just a tiny kitchen bin and two recycling bins by the door. The room was dusty everywhere, the stove was dirty, and we saw roaches several times. The windows were slightly open when I arrived, and their old curtains were dusty. They don’t close fully and get stuck, and there are no screens to keep bugs out. I put the trash out every morning, kept food covered, and tried to keep the roaches away. The building entrance and stairs were disgusting, too. Two walls of my room were old windows that didn’t shut all the way. A neighbor who worked as a motorcycle mechanic worked on motorcycles very early and late at night. The trains from the two nearby stations were loud, but the worst noise came from people I think were cleaners or the owner, who may have lived nearby. They talked very loudly in the area in front of the building where a car was parked, which was also the only way to the first-floor hallway. I was on the second floor and could hear their conversations as if they were arguing inside my room. They didn’t tell other tenants to keep quiet in the middle of the night, and people smoked in that area, using an ashtray that sent the smell into my room through the bad windows. There was a TV, but it only showed Japanese shopping channels, which wasn’t something I wanted to watch every day or let kids watch. The HDMI was blocked, and I couldn’t move the TV. There was inches of dust behind it. The washing machine had no place to hang clothes to dry. There was no rack in the bath area, so I hung clothes on the curtain pole, which was dusty and dirtied them again. They took around 3-4 days to dry. There was hardly any space for bags, so they had to go in the middle of the only walking path. The bed was very hard and the pillow thin. I wanted to clean during my three-week stay, but there were no cleaning products except dish soap. On the last day, the owner knocked 30 minutes before checkout, which felt like being told to get out. Check-in was at 5 and checkout at 10am, while other places have more convenient times, around 3 and 11. The place was also hard to find, and I wouldn’t recommend arriving late at night with bags. I hated staying here, and have more complaints I could add. I included some videos and pictures to show what it was like.

The bed was comfy, the room was clean and had all the facilities, but it was smaller than we expected for three people.

The beds were very comfortable, and the service was better than average for an average price. It’s close to the center by metro, and I’d consider staying again.
