The Royal Park Hotel Ginza 6-chome

It's right in central Ginza, with nightlife, local pubs, and great restaurants close by, plus several public transport links a short walk away. The breakfast selection was wonderful too. The hotel is clean and modern, and it's a real gem. Being in such a central spot does mean some street noise. At night I could sometimes hear cars and loud motorcycles, so light sleepers may want earplugs. Even with that, I can't recommend The Royal Park Hotel Ginza enough.

The staff were welcoming and helpful, and the toiletries were superb. The rooms are small but cozy, with handy laundry timers and availability shown on the room TV. Laundry is on even-numbered floors, while ironing rooms are on odd-numbered floors. There's a public bath downstairs that we hope to try on another visit. It's a cute boutique hotel in a prime Ginza spot, right across from the Courtyard Marriott. Catching the Limousine Bus is easy, just walk across the street. Tsukiji Market is about a seven-minute walk, handy if you want to get there before the morning crowds.

After a long day of work and travel, the public bath was a great way to unwind, and much better than squeezing into the tiny bathroom alone. The room service was quick and dependable, and daily cleaning was meticulous, everything was spotless. Shrestha stood out for being personable and very helpful. You could tell he cared about making the stay work. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Ginza, and I'd come back.

The only letdown was the front desk, where service felt a little robotic and not very attentive. The hotel is new and well maintained, with rooms that are a good size for Japan. The public bath was a nice extra and wasn't too crowded, and having laundry machines on several floors was really convenient.
