The SkM Hotel Tokyo has lovely staff. Leo, Nilv and Hashimoto kept helping us throughout our stay, from translations and check-in and checkout to finding shops and sorting out transport. They made sure we were comfortable. A special thank you to the front desk team.

We had the top-floor jacuzzi suite for a couple of nights. The room was beautiful, with a comfy bed, big smart TVs, a modern bathroom, and an extra WC. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is near the station and plenty of good restaurants. We'd happily recommend it if you're staying in this part of Tokyo.

We had a really comfortable stay. The room was quiet and roomy, with a seating area, table, great shower and bath, and the most comfortable king bed we've had so far. They served complimentary breakfast at the table each morning, and we could order restaurant food to the room on a tablet. It arrived a bit cold, though. There were also snacks, plenty of water, and pretty much everything we needed. The staff were all kind and great to deal with. The hotel is about an 8-minute walk from the station, with convenience stores nearby. There's no laundry on site, but a high-end laundromat about 10 minutes away is open 24 hours. One other drawback: even at the highest setting, the hot water was only comfortable, not hot enough for a really hot bath.

Kinshi Park was a lovely short walk away, and our 4 year old enjoyed the playground. We also happened to catch a local market and a baseball game there. For groceries, Seiyu in the basement of Parco had everything we needed and cost less than Lawsons. Parco is right across the street, with Lawson and Family Mart nearby, plus lots of restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is just down the road from Kinsicho Station, and the area has good connections to Akihabara, Tokyo Skytree, Asakusa, and Ginza. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotless, and the huge bathroom was nicely designed. The whole place felt new, clean, and comfortable. The staff were really friendly too. We loved staying here and would recommend it to families or anyone after convenience, comfort, and a local feel.
