I was so frustrated that at 1:30am I thought I'd have to book another hotel because nobody could help me check in. There's no one at reception, which I can accept, but the tablet for connecting to someone took over 30 minutes, and I called more than ten times before getting through. The online staff member was very rude, cut me off before I finished asking a question, wouldn't let me write down the code, and ended the video call. I booked through Agoda and never got the requested four-digit pre-check-in code. I emailed that morning and got only the standard procedure. There was no door code in advance, so I couldn't get in until other guests came out. For late-night check-in, a taxi from the airport costs 1600 yen. I was traveling alone, and my ground-floor single room was next to the lift. It was noisy all night and I couldn't sleep. The toilet smelled worse than a typical Japanese public toilet. It clearly hadn't been mopped or the bowl cleaned.

A really nice stay with unique amenities, close to a lovely shrine town, small local coffee shops, and bakeries. It's away from the main tourist track but still close to everything. There are no laundry facilities, and it took me just one day to learn how to navigate all the different express trains.

The location works well for Haneda Airport, just two stops on the Kyoko Line. The room was a bit small for three people, and the amenities were okay. There's an Android projector instead of a TV. Check-in was a little confusing since we hadn't received the key code ahead of time. We contacted the online staff, and it took about 20 minutes to finish. Overall, it's good for a short stay or an overnight stop near the airport.

My flight was hugely delayed, and this place saved me from possibly spending way too much somewhere else. It's really close to the airport and train station. Check-in was easy, and the video call to confirm my identity was quick, even after 10pm. I wish I'd had more time to try the amenities because the projector setup looked promising. I'd definitely stay again.

The room was nice and very clean, close to the train station, and checkout was easy. Getting in was frustrating after a long travel day: I hadn't received a code and got locked out. I later learned it should have been sent a week ahead. The front desk didn't even apologize, and only when a group of guys came in was I able to get inside. The email with the code finally arrived after I had checked in. There's no on-site staff or baggage service, so I used airport baggage storage and picked up my luggage later.
