The rooms are on the small side, as is common in Tokyo, but they had what we needed for a comfortable visit. They were clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything seemed well cared for. Check-in was easy, the staff were friendly, and being near the station made getting around simple. For the price, this is a good deal, and I'd gladly come back.

One senior staff member was polite and did try to help, but the stay still felt frustrating and not very welcoming for international guests. We were called twice at around 10:30pm about a room charge after a long international flight, which disrupted our rest. Bottled water and what was included in our package weren't explained clearly at check-in, and the information seemed to change later. The cleaning rules were another source of confusion. The eco-cleaning policy wasn't clearly explained when we arrived; we later learned that rooms are cleaned only every three days and extra cleaning costs JPY 3,300. Most room controls were in Japanese only, including the split-system air-conditioning remote. We also couldn't use the TV's channels or subtitles in English, so basic room features were hard for overseas guests to manage. Communication was poor from the beginning. Reception seemed to rely heavily on student or inexperienced staff, which is fine, but international tour guests need more experienced supervision. The room itself was clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you're ready for limited service, unclear information, and possible extra charges for basic services.

One detail to plan around: check-out time is enforced. I was just a few minutes late and was charged 1,100 yen, so leave on time if you want to avoid an extra fee. Full room cleaning happens every third day, though leaving trash and towels outside the door meant fresh towels were there when I got back, which worked fine for me. The hotel is quiet, with spotless, comfortable rooms and good transport connections. It's outside the center, but Tokyo's efficient transit made getting around quick and easy. Breakfast was delicious and varied; I especially liked the breaded fish, mini brownies, and fresh strawberries each day. A FamilyMart right next door was handy whenever I needed food or other essentials, day or night. The staff were friendly and ready to help. I'd recommend the hotel and hope to return soon.

We had a really easy stay here. Omorikaigan station is right across from the hotel, and there's a convenience store just a few steps away. The room was clean and kept in good shape, and the coffee capsules were handy for a quick brew in the morning. Great choice for a hassle-free Tokyo visit.
