The location was the one drawback for us. There are smaller stations nearby, but getting to the main train hubs takes a bit longer and heading to places like Shinjuku involves a short transfer. If those extra minutes on public transport are okay with you, it's a pleasant and dependable Tokyo stay. We found the hotel clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had lots of choice, fresh food, and good value. Our room was compact in the usual Tokyo way but cleverly arranged, with a comfortable bed, working Wi-Fi, good toiletries, and a handy little desk. I'd recommend it to couples or business travelers who care about breakfast and friendly service. Tip: Book an Uber at checkout to catch your scheduled Skyliner or NEX.

The staff were so helpful, five stars for them. We could easily send our luggage from the hotel to another city. The amenities were good enough, though the room and bed felt small for two people.

We left for Hakone today with a bit of sadness and tears in our eyes. We hope to come back to Japan and stay at Green Palace again. Much love for Japan, Tokyo, and Tokyo Green Palace. It was our first trip to Japan and our first overseas trip in general. The staff were so friendly, the service and free amenities were great, and we felt welcome. They helped us with questions about the area and nightlife, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was great too. There are vending machines, a microwave, and washing machines, and stations for Shinjuki, Akihabara, and Shibuya are all a 5-10 minute walk away.

I really liked having my first large hotel room in Japan. It's also not far from Tokyo Camii mosque or the halal food in Shinjuku, which was very good for a Muslim traveler.

The hotel is in a business district with fewer restaurants and attractions, but metro stations nearby make it easy to get around the city. Staff were very friendly, and although the room was compact, it was cozy and worked well for two. We appreciated having laundry on site. The bathroom was a little dated, but spotless and fully functional.
