Tokyo Toyosu Manyo Club

The breakfast buffet had plenty of variety, mostly Asian dishes with a few Western options. I even made myself a mini hotpot. We only had the onsen and breakfast through our booking, and both made for a wonderful experience that felt worth the price. There are lots of baths indoors and outdoors at different temperatures, plus wet and dry saunas. The rooftop footbath also gives you a great view of Tokyo. Everything was clean and tidy, with the amenities for a more luxurious visit, and the staff were friendly and very polite.

We came with the family and all enjoyed it enough to want to return. The market has a lovely selection of Japanese food, and although it's described as a tourist destination, I saw plenty of locals relaxing there too. Staff were wonderful, patient and welcoming with those of us who don't speak Japanese. It was a nice way to get a first look at Tokyo while unwinding and recovering from jet lag. If you have a tattoo and are traveling with family, I'd strongly recommend booking the special room with its own private onsen.

The public Koto market has an old Edo feel and lots of good lunch choices. I also found plenty of touristy food gifts there, and did most of my gift shopping at the market. I'll stay here again. The onsen area is open almost around the clock. I loved soaking my feet on the roof with those amazing views. The sauna gets really hot, and the salt steam softened my skin. Breakfast had some unusual choices for an American tourist, and wearing a Yukata barefoot around the place, even to breakfast, was a fun and refreshing experience.

Wearing a yukata and wandering around casually was a fun part of the stay. It was a comfortable, refreshing way to relax before flying home. The facilities were okay, though I find public baths in Korea have more variety and things to do. One older male staff member seemed to be working the front during the breakfast buffet. He looked grumpy and came across as rude to some tourists. He could use some customer service training.
